and... a little about where we are coming from regarding discounts:
Apparently discounts in novelty license plates and signs are hard to come by. And while it is true that this market is highly competitive, we still don't buy that excuse! When we began and after being in this business for some time, we acquired a few suppliers that we were comfortable with and used them continually. Honestly, we were spending a whole lot of money on inventory...
YET.... still we weren't given ANY discounts even on occasion! When we inquired of this, we were always told that the market was way too competitive and that discounts were just not given.
So, we truly do understand your wants and expectations regarding this issue. And we could not agree with you more! You're right to ask and deserving to receive customer discounts! Because sadly, we do understand what it feels like to be a GOOD and LOYAL customer to other companies, yet coming away feeling very little appreciation for it.
It was during this time that we made a promise to ourselves that when it was our turn to be the supplier to others, we would be different! And alas, as always true to our word, we offer you the permanent pricing discounts above that frankly you have earned and deserve!
